The purpose of this website is to provide homeowners with an easy way
to access subdivision information contained in home ownership documents,
additions and changes. Homeowners automatically become members of the
Woodbury Park Association and Woodbury Park Corporation.
Woodbury Park Homeowner’s Association, is a non-profit Michigan
Corporation established for the purposes of helping Woodbury Park homeowner’s
with issues such as deed restrictions, architectural controls, property
values, maintenance of commons areas, and social events.
Woodbury Park is located in Livonia, Michigan at the southeast corner
of Newburgh Road and 7 Mile Road. Home building started in 1996 and was
completed in 1998. There are a variety of home styles: spacious
multi-stories, distinctive cape cods, and efficient ranches. Our residents
consist of young families, middle aged, and retirees. There are 114 homes in
Woodbury Park.
The front (west) of the subdivision has a tree and shrub lined berm.
The north border is lined by a protected wild life area. The east border backs
into a city owned wooded area. The south border has a wooded area owned by
the Livonia Schools. Kingsburn Drive off Newburgh is the main entrance to the
subdivision. The other streets in the sub are Kingsburn Court, Heatherlea
Drive, Seabrook Drive, Westchester Drive, Weymouth Drive, and Curtis Road.
